Before I ramble on about what I'm here to do and how I can help you, I'll quickly introduce myself...
My name is Harri (Harrison) I was born in 1995, I currently live in London after moving home from Dubai in the middle of a pandemic. I have a degree in biomed & I've had nothing to do with my degree since :) In all seriousness, uni was one of the best things I ever did, I met people I consider lifelong acquaintances, I had experiences & learned things through my course I'd never had anywhere else & ultimately, it opened the door to getting my first proper job in the big wide world out in Dubai...
This is where my career really began. It lead me to follow my dreams and what I REALLY cared about, so here goes:
I'm in this for the long game, I'm here to change peoples lives for the better.
My goal is simple: to help people live a better life.
I do this through many mechanisms but ultimately, there's one thing that determines the result, and that's the behaviour change.
This leads to: long term weight loss/getting in shape, building a resilient mindset & powerful self awareness, happiness, energy and positivity.
I help people become the best version of themselves. These principles are thoroughly researched and the methods I use are consistently tested and improved with myself and my clients.
I've been through my own hardships, in which I've managed to not only persevere, but I've come out in a better place, with more ambition, my awareness and I've made some huge progress with myself & my business throughout the hardest periods of my life with the worst hands I could've been dealt. They call this: 'Antifragility'.
Essentially, making a positive out of a negative.
